A popular pre-sales question is "Can I visit an exisitng customers site to see for myself the speed...etc."
This infrormation can not be given out for it would be a breach of customers privacy.
This post/thread is so exising customers can (if they feel they want to) post there url for potential customers.
Note to non-customers: All the replies below can be accepted as sites hosted on ValueHost as they will be checked to be genuine.
Thank-you.

About your question to Test the Speed from existing websites :
I can help you to give us two of our websites hosted by Valuehost.
namely :
http://www.tecatron.com
http://www.skistad-oudenaarde.be
The www.skistad-oudenaarde.be website (flamish language), contains many movies an images to download and test your speed, but please note that the speed are also depending your computer configuration.
If I download a movie with our Pentium4 (1500Mhz) computer, the downloadspeed is max. 3.5Mbps, but when we switch over the same ADSL connection to an older pentium II (400Mhz)computer, the max. downloadspeed is only max. 1.5Mbps.
And perhaps even importand, create a website without many html-errors or other marks that are responsible to reduce the speed.
For instance :
1- don't use too many separate images, but make from several images one bigger image with for instance PhotoShop or from Ulead or others.
More separete images can give you more hits onto your counter, but your website is slower to open, because many html tags must be read.
2- if possible, don't use frames above other frames, but use a frame with tables into this frame.
3- delete all duplicate tags or bad tags and broken links into your website Html source.
You can test your website with for instance :
http://validator.w3.org/
http://www.elsop.com/quick/quick.cgi
http://www.web-caching.com/cacheability.html
4- optimize your images :
a) - save your images, ( photographic images) as JPG or JPEG files with a max. quality reducing factor without changing to mutch the overall quality. It is possible in many cases to change the quality with factor 10 without seen any difference.
Use for instance a free image programme like www.irvanview.com or others , see : http://www.tucows.com/imageopti95.htmland to reduce the images.
With Irfanview, by saving a image, choose the option button in the right corner below to open the settings to reduce the image quality.
b) - save all your drawings as a gif file, but, if possible, reduce the total amount of colours with for instance PhotoShop or other programmes if you save an drawing.
For instance: if a drawing contains only 3 head-colors, it is not logical to save your image or drawing with 256 colors.
Note : don't save photos , from instance a landscape or people or holiday photos as a gif file, because gif-files are used for images or drawing with max. 256 colors
