Mail server problems

Hi all, I am having problems over the last few days with not receiving any email from my Valuehost mail account. I have done a few test emails myself from other accounts and none have returned.

I can send mail from my Valuehost account with no problems bt its just not receiving any.

Incoming (POP3) and outgoing(SMTP) mail is configured to:- mail.valuehost.co.uk servers.

Any help would be appreciated.

try using
mail.ValueHost.co.uk

I tried the above but with no success, can still send mail but not receive. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure you have entered correct account name - full email address.
Can you tell me your email address I will check your mail box and tell you configuration settings.
