I have been having a number of emails being sent to me returned to the sender over the past week or so. I can send my emails out from my account no problem, but the problem comes when people try to reply. Can anyone help? This may lose me alot of business. I have tried all sorts of things to sort out the problem e.g forwarding email to another email server by default, changing the email server name to ValueHost and not valuehost, etc. Nothing works. Any ideas?
Cheers

are all your messages being bounced back or just a few?
if it is a few, your messages are not being accepted by the destinations host, an email has to go through a lot of checks before it is allowed to its destination, Your mail might be being interperated as spam by the relevant hosts?
but if you are having trouble recieving, there is a problem with your smtp address, make sure it is the same as your outgoing mail.
try setting up your own mail box for your url name, it makes things easier!
hope it helps

Hi,
Make sure you have not changed MX DNS settings.
First record should be mail.valuehost.co.uk.
Can you tell me your domain name I will check this.
Sincerely,
Valuehost
