Hi All,
For some reason, I'm unable to check my Valuehost e-mail. Either via a mail client install on my machine (Outlook Express 4) or via the webmail link in the control panel. No matter what I type for my username\password combination, I get rejectected

I'm using the username and password from the "Technical information" page on the control panel, I've tried using my previous (Which is also my first) password, that was generated on my behalf when I signed up

Nothing I try works :(

Can anyone offer any advice?

Yes, I'm having the same problem with MS Outlook 2000. Just keep getting a popup box with the username and password in it. tried changing password a few times but still can't login.

Sorted - but not perfect.

I logged on with the password that I originally received and it worked. Thing is, I changed this 24 hours ago and it's not the password that's listed on the Technical Information page.:confused:

Any password I try simply doesn't work, though
