I think it's not in the interest of Valuehost.com to allow access to certain parts of this forum to just anyone out there.

for obvious reasons, forums like "Client Testimonials etc" could allow Guest viewing but certainly i wouldn't think it's such a good idea for "Guests" to view forums like "General Support" and similar forums where problems, settings etc are discussed.

Good point, but at least it shows we are up front and honest about our services. We have a policy of not trying to hide anything from potential customers. All Web hosting companies have problems from time to time . We feel that our service is excellent compared to others who may hide their problems or pretend they never have any.
