Just a short note regarding the outstanding service I have received from one of the guys at ValueHost (UK). He has helped me above and beyond what I believe to be his standard operating policy.
It is sometimes unusual to find service of this calibre, especially in the service industry, and all too often we are too quick to point out the faults and make the complaints.
Sometimes it's easy to forget all the positive stuff and I am delighted to have brought my business to ValueHost (UK) and to have found such excellent technical support as well.
Well done guys!!!!.... I don't know if it is allowed to mention individuals by name, but if one of the Moderators says it's ok, I'd like to mention him...
